Calm and Centred is a not for profit Community Interest Company (CIC) limited by guarantee. This means that, although we need funds to deliver our services, our primary concern is the health and well being of our clients over and above the profit motive. Furthermore, we have no shareholder needs to distract from the needs of our clients making us a truly client focused organisation.

Our Mission is:

We deliver person centred health and wellness services, solutions and therapies which are specifically geared towards helping individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety (low level mental health problems) and related issues.
We also facilitate group sessions to encourage discussions around healthy lifestyles.
As a team we have a wealth of experience and we bring a broad range of expertise, knowledge and understanding that enable us to successfully deliver a caring and professional service.
